Role : C&B - Talent Analytics/ People Analytics

Location: Bengaluru

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Talent Analytics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as an Analytics Partner focusing on designing analytical solutions, in collaboration with HR teams, specific to the challenges they are trying to solve. This role requires a passion to work with data, inclination to align strategically with stakeholders and an openness to apply different analytical approaches as required.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the requirement of the projects/analysis. This may entail designing and testing hypothesis and applying quantitative/qualitative techniques as required.
  • Work with different HR CoE teams to understand their processes and dataflows to collate information relevant to an analysis.
  • Interpret and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

 

2. Anchor New Areas of Analysis:

  • Carry out analysis on living wage compliance and drive compliance through relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the CnB and diversity teams to drive the usage of products facilitating pay equity analysis.

 

3. Support Stakeholder Engagement and Adoption:

  • Propose new visualizations that provide meaningful insights based on stakeholders needs.
  • Take up training sessions on talent dashboards features.

 


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources. Any certification in Business Analytics would be an added advantage.
  • Ideally with at least 3-4 years of experience in an HR CoE or consulting role. Exposure to basics of how IT Services firms work would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. This will require excellent excel skills. Openness to learn new tools.
  • Ability to interact with the different HR CoE teams to understand how their process collects data and the taxonomies they use.
  • Basic understanding of how tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in driving user adoption and engagement with data tools and dashboards will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
