Job Description

Cisco Routing and Switching Associate with Language Translation Expertise Lead Administrator

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco routing and switching.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and security principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Management and Support:
  • Design, implement, and manage complex Cisco routing and switching solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide Level 3 support to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Monitor network traffic and performance, using tools and software to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Language Translation:

  • Translate technical documents, manuals, and communications from English to Japanese and vice versa.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical terminology during translations.
  • Assist in cross-cultural communication within the team and with external clients or partners.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate and present reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions.
