Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Requirement:
- Provide L2/L3 support for both IBM IIB and IBM ACE services hosted on AWS.
- Support and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Lead or assist in the migration of IBM MQ to AWS EKS, leveraging Stateful Sets for high availability and persistence.
- Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes.
- Deploy and configure services across development, test, and production environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.

Required Skills & Experience:
- IBM IIB development and administration
- IBM ACE development and administration
- IBM MQ support and administration
- Experience with MQ migration to AWS EKS using Stateful Sets
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices
- Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services
- Basic familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
