͏Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all external email marketing communications sent from the marketing automation platform.
- Required to design emails within Marketo using defined modules, and set up targeted demand generation, nurture, and ABM programs as necessary.
- Manage expectations from various stakeholders and act as a liaison with external agencies to deliver on campaign requests.
- Need to set up integrations with multiple external data sources and destinations.
- Oversee multiple facets of marketing automation such as lead flow, lead scoring, L2O process, campaign management, and nurture programs.
- Handle data intake processes within Marketo while ensuring compliance with data privacy policies, consent management, retention policies, and other legal measures.
- In charge of the synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce CRM, including troubleshooting and implementing any new changes needed in the sync between the two platforms.
- Stay current with all aspects of the marketing automation platform, along with future releases, and prepare a roadmap for Wipro marketing to adopt them.
- Set up and manage data and lead enrichment activities between Marketo, CRM, and the enrichment platform.
- Collaborate with the BI team on MarTech integrations and related activities.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or master degree from a reputed college
- 7-8 years in B2B marketing
- 5 years with Marketo or similar platform
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and nuances of marketing technology
- Basic HTML knowledge

- 5 years with Marketo or similar platform
- Experience in a global firm (50,000+ employees)
- Skilled with B2B MarTech tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe suite)
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy
- Salesforce Admin experience preferred
- Relevant certifications (Adobe Marketo Engage Foundations, Business Practitioner Expert)
