Title: Marketing Lead - Client Visits
Job Description
The Buyer Experience team within Wipro’s Strategic Marketing function is seeking an experienced professional to curate and manage client visits in India.
The team works closely with SMU marketing on strategic deals and this role is essential for supporting pursuit marketing in respective market units.
You will work closely with the (Americas, Europe, APMEA) Strategic Market Units (SMU) across multiple time zones and cultures. This individual-contributor role requires a blend of strategic planning, logistical coordination, and client-facing expertise to ensure that each visit is seamless and productive.
This role will offer learning opportunities, as it demands a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional coordination, and a deep understanding of both the client’s needs and Wipro’s offerings and can provide substantial progression through experience-based and formal projects.
͏Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end responsibility of managing client visits in India in close collaboration with SMU marketing teams
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client visit execution, to identify client needs and help prepare presentations, creative materials, and agendas for client meetings.
- Liase with SMU marketing teams to understand the requirement and suggest appropriate vendors, timelines
- Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic and support programs
- Review the content and creatives work for the client visits and ensure to adhere to Wipro brand guidelines
- Handle and coordinate all logistical aspects of client visits, including booking ODC (On-Demand Conference) meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and ensuring that all facilities are prepared and functional
- Create and continually refine a best practice playbook for the client visit program. This playbook serves as a standard operating procedure for all client visits, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and implement best practices as standardized processes for future client visits. This involves regular reviews and updates to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
͏Experience and Expertise
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing with 8-10 years' experience in managing end to end Client Experience/Client Visits
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues
- Understanding business dynamics which includes Brand, Martech, SMU, GBLs, Regions, Industries, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
