As the PLM Solution & COE Head at Wipro Technologies, you will be at the forefront of redefining product lifecycle management initiatives within a forward-thinking organization. With over 15 years of extensive experience in PLM and product design and development technologies, you will strategize and architect comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your leadership will guide the direction of our PLM solutions utilizing cutting-edge platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DExperience, and PTC Windchill, among others. You will have the opportunity to develop proof of concepts (POCs) swiftly, showcasing innovative approaches to critical challenges faced by our customers.

Your role will also require a dynamic collaboration with both sales and presales teams, ensuring that we effectively position our advanced solutions and foster maturing opportunities. By leveraging your expertise in digital technologies and Industry 4.0 paradigms, including MES, IOT, and engineering design services, you will advocate for transformative approaches that align with client goals and objectives. A familiarity with developing projects based on Generative AI for research and development use cases will be considered a valuable asset.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability in learning and exploiting new technologies amid a rapidly changing landscape. Your engagement with the marketing team will contribute to the crafting of whitepapers and point-of-view documents that articulate our insights on emerging technologies and market trends.

With strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, you will be instrumental in aligning our initiatives with the overarching goals of our group. You will harness your collaborative and influential skills to distill complex concepts and present them as actionable insights to various stakeholders.
