Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to lead successful product creation by managing its end to end lifecycle from ideation to implementation and to successful launch in market

Do
- Develop new products/product lines which suit market needs
- Define product development roadmap from its conception to market release
- Do market research and understand market- driven business needs and objectives to define product requirements and strategy
- Produce a high-level design document to demonstrate product feasibility and functionality
- Collect architectural design and technical requirements and prepare engineering delivery plan
- Prioritize product features as per the business value and ROI to be delivered to the client
- Develop theme-based Proof of Concepts (POCs) in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the product idea and realise it as a viable one
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyse, propose and implement the core technology strategy for product development
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple modules
- Provide technical leadership to the design, development and implementation of custom solutions through thoughtful use of modern technology
- Validate the solution/ prototype from technology, cost structure and customer differentiation point of view
- Tracks industry and application trends and relates these to planning current and future IT needs
- Provide product support to the clients whenever an issue is raised
- Ensure process compliances, security, open source clearances, legal clearances etc completed while developing the product
- Ensure Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with sales, development, consulting teams to prioritize work and drive the product and business-planning process
- Provides technical and strategic input during the product deployment at the client site
- Ensure optimal client engagement and support pre-sales team while presenting the entire product design and its principles to the client
