Responsibilities
• Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and client expectations.
• Have strong technical expertise in Salesforce.
• Should have good expertise in salesforce Presales.
• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce to guide and support the team.
• Implement and monitor service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards.
• Monitor service performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead the resolution of service delivery issues and escalate when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery processes.
• Conduct regular service reviews and provide feedback to the team.
• Ensure all service delivery documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce and data governance practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required
• Possess extensive experience in managing service delivery in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate good understanding of data quality and data governance.

Certifications Required : Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant , Salesforce Certified experience Cloud Consultant and FSL.
