Required Experience
- Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Saviynt IGA
- Key responsibility is to resolve customer problems and queries on the Saviynt based IAM application
- Take ownership of all queries, Identify and highlight issues to relevant departments for resolution and follow through until resolved
- Lead a nearshore team in delivering the committed L1/L2/L3 SLAs
- Ability to work as an individual contributor by ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.
- Good Leadership skills and ability to lead a team who supports L1, L2 & L3.
- Engaged on discussions on IAM policies with other stakeholders
- Thorough experience in requirements elicitation & translation (simplification), requirements management & communication.
- Change Management & Release Management experience.
- Ability to create project documentation (HLD/LLD/Architecture etc.).
- Discuss with customer and co-ordinate with customer infra teams to complete the integration processes
- Provide support to customer during UAT
- Trouble-shoot issues of team members and guide them in performing their activities.
- Regular status reporting to customer
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should demonstrate ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and implement.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and Architect providing L2/L3 support on Saviynt based IAM applications
• Involves various change requests with respect to multiple applications which are already integrated with Saviynt Security Manager
• Involves connector configuration in Saviynt for the consumption of REST services provided by third party applications
• Involves resolving issue with respect to SoD, Analytics, Workflows, Notifications, Roles, Reports, Performance, Rules and ARS modules of Saviynt
• Involves doing unit and basic integration testing for identity and account lifecycles
• Perform application onboarding support to Saviynt IGA
• Participate in audit and regulatory processes and share relevant artefacts related to applications on board.
• Coordinate with various stake holders for resolving issues with respect to Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management and System Monitoring.
• Involves writing custom logics in java to handle various data manipulation scenarios
• Update SOP and other documentation periodically
• Review the processes for continuous improvements
