Role Summary:
This role is focused on developing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. It requires a deep understanding of integration protocols, API design, and secure data transmission.  Ideal for developers with strong scripting and troubleshooting skills

 

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Third-Party Risk Management Implementer or ServiceNow Certified Risk and Compliance Implementer – Preferred
• One mainline certification such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or HRS

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
2. Configure and customize GRC or TPRM module components and workflows.
3. Write Scripted REST APIs and inbound data handlers.
4. Create and manage data transformations and import logic.
5. Set up secure API authentication methods (OAuth, Basic).
6. Maintain error logs and retry logic for failed transactions.
7. Document all integration points and dependencies.
8. Use flow templates for scheduled and event-based triggers.
9. Ensure data consistency between external systems and SN tables.
10. Participate in design reviews and code walkthroughs.
11. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrations.

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow SecOps .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
