Job Description
Role:
As the strategy leader, responsible for understanding the market trends and aligning the vision of the unit and supporting the execution of the vision, through strategic & Transformation projects around unit strategy, transformation, growth in Bookings (organic or inorganic)
Do:
- Lead and anchor the strategy development, strategic & transformation projects of the GBL by active collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
- Support and work with Service Line, Practices in GBL, corporate M&A team in evaluating, enabling M & A opportunities
- Support Sales Operations with Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual reporting of pipe, OB across all practices and SMUs
- Drive Analyst relations for reports that involve coverage across Practices
- Support impromptu and and-hoc Queries from leadership including data collection to be able to articulate informed response.
- Drive organization view/thinking in areas that impact multiple industries and services
- Working with the various SLs and Pratices to support and align their goals and plans to the GBL goals and objectives
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of the GBL strategy plans
- Run a defined cadence of reviews and cross-functional meetings; including preparing reports and presentations for leadership
- Manage an ongoing research and reporting of industry; working in collaboration with business and marketing
- Actively participates in client and analyst meetings as required
- Actively seeking new opportunities for M&A to add value to business units
- Monitoring the results of strategy by orchestrating the growth in bookings and pipeline, work with Sales Ops SL’s leaders to formulate strategy to meet the gaps to budget/Forecast
- Excellent in managing cross-functional projects"
