Job Description

Role : Talent Partner for functions hiring
Band : B3 only
Location : Bengaluru

 

Brief Summary of Role: 
As our Global Strategic Partner of Functions, you will work with Function Leaders and partners to meet the growth demands of our practices globally.  You will bring your high degree of integrity, attention to detail, responsiveness and be responsible for the end-to-end talent journey of new hires. You share our passion and commitment to an inclusive and diversified work environment and ensure a superb candidate experience.

You will partner with our leaders by taking action to understand their businesses, markets and proactively deliver on their talent requirements. You’ll continue to develop your understanding through research, market mapping, interviewing and networking. You will lead stake holder engagements and provide update on pipelines, talent maps and talent advisory.

You will manage sourcing and scheduling with respect and efficiency. Maintain proper and detailed records in accord with company policy.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partners with functions to understand the specific business requirements.  
  • Provides strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all subsidiary recruitment activities.  
  • Work on improving the candidate and recruiter experience while ensuring the process adherence and compliance   
  • Counsels hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of legal and operational requirements, hiring and compensation guidelines.  
  • Ensures recruiting and staffing programs meet business needs at the global level and follow legal and regulatory requirements as well as competitive best practices.  
  • Assists with workforce planning and budgeting activities  
  • Focuses on meeting the needs of internal and external customers with a constant view to understanding their mindset and designing initiatives in line with their needs.

 

Education and Required Experience: 

  • Post-graduation and experience of 5 + years in corporate recruitment in the Tech or IT Services industry.
  • Ability to manage a recruiting staff through large-scale recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to build strong relationships Ability to collaborate effectively with others, implementing strategies and programs  
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Previous experience with ATS or CRM/ candidate database systems
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
  • Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and planning skills  
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task.
