Do:

Act as an independent expert within the respective SAP technical workstream, playing an integral role in various SAP implementation, conversion, and development projects.
Engage in high-level and detailed design phases, crafting and developing integrative solutions tailored to meet identified business needs.
Work effectively with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business processes and requirements.
Participate actively in workshops, contributing to defining and understanding integration requirements while fostering effective collaboration.
Lead discussions with clients to outline integration requirements, translating those needs into practical technical solutions.
Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users for seamless operational excellence.
Compose detailed technical specifications and development plans ensuring a test-driven approach is adhered to.
Manage project timelines meticulously, ensuring that milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Offer specialist support and proactively contribute to various projects and delivery engagements as required.
Champion innovation and transformative strategies within large existing accounts, consistently aiming for superior delivery outcomes.
Deliver support in project execution while managing escalations efficiently, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Facilitate interactions with SAP and third-party partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the board.

7-8 years of extensive SAP BTP Industry experience with high-level expertise in BTP CAPM using Java / NodeJS architecture.
Proven experience in designing and developing side-by-side extensibility applications utilizing CAP.
Knowledgeable in application architecture adhering to TOGAF principles and modern architectural guidelines like Domain Driven Data Models, Microservices, and containerization.
Solid experience using architecture designing tools such as Lucid Chart or Visio.
Comprehensive understanding of Domain Driven Data Models and Entity-Relationship diagrams using Native HANA.
Experience in both high-level and low-level design architecting.
Proficient in JavaScript, Angular Script, HANA, Node.js, and Java with strong coding practices.
Experience across the complete UX development cycle, particularly in web development technologies like SAP UI5, JavaScript, and popular frameworks including Angular, React, or Vue.
End-to-end development experience in full-stack Java/Node.js, SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP), Spring Boot, and XSUAA services.
Proficiency in working with REST APIs and JSON.
Experience in implementing OAUTH2 security integrations.
Engagement with DevOps practices, including effective packaging and deployment strategies.
Knowledge in utilizing build tools and debugging tools like Chrome Dev Tools/Firebug, as well as experience with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions.
Familiarity with BTP CAP best practices.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
