Role:
As a Technical Consultant at Wipro Technologies, you will engage in providing key technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and assist in delivering technical capabilities crucial for client transformations. Your role will require advanced problem-solving skills and involvement in diverse projects that enhance client satisfaction while supporting tactical and strategic advancements. You will be instrumental in various stages of implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring that clients receive top-notch support as well as innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert within the respective SAP technical workstream, autonomously leading implementations, conversions, developments, enhancements, and support projects with precision.
Design high-level and detailed technical solutions while developing integration strategies that address diverse business needs and requirements.
Engage with clients to gain insights into their business processes, ensuring understanding and clarity throughout project scopes.
Facilitate technical and technology workshops, assisting clients in articulating their integration needs and translating these into actionable technical solutions.
Take ownership of client discussions, steering conversations to define integration requirements and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Deliver training and support to end-users to empower them to effectively utilize the solutions implemented.
Draft comprehensive technical specifications and test plans to guide the development team in adopting a test-driven approach.
Oversee project timelines and manage multifaceted engagements to deliver results within established deadlines.
Offer expert support across various projects, stepping in to provide solutions and escalation management as required.
Advocate for innovation and transformation within longstanding accounts, contributing to enhancing their operational capabilities.
Coordinate interaction with SAP and partner integrations, ensuring seamless functionality.

1.	Job Knowledge	Evaluate the existing skill sets and assess the integration of upskilling initiatives to remain abreast of new developments in the designated SAP Technical module.
2.	Customer Satisfaction	Measured according to defined client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring prompt and effective delivery.
3.	Change Management & Improvement	Assess effectiveness in initiating adaptive changes and overall flexibility to transition between projects, addressing methods that may become obsolete.
4.	Functional Leadership	Measure effectiveness in managing assignments through team members, emphasizing strong delegation and coordination skills.
5.	Customer Responsiveness	Analyze responsiveness and professionalism in engagements with external clients, internal staff, and peers, promoting a culture of courtesy and collaboration.

A minimum of 7 years’ working experience in both SAP BTP Extension & Application Development and SAP BTP Cloud Integration.
Design & develop technical solutions for side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.
Adequate experience with S/4 HANA Extensibility (in-app / on-stack).
Hands-on development experience of RICEF objects in both ABAP on HANA with good exposure to the different types and complexities of developments using classic and newer technologies.
Experience with S/4 HANA Extensibility Framework/Techniques
Solid understanding of web development technologies like SAP UI5, HTML5, Webservices, SOAP, JavaScript & Web frameworks.
Strong hands-on knowledge in end-to-end UX development cycle & design principles such as Fiori.
Detailed experience in ABAP CDS views, oDATA, REST/JSON, XML (including debugging)
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in debugging and root cause analysis and the ability to propose/implement suitable resolutions for such issues as bug fixes and performance tuning, etc.
Good knowledge of business processes in more than one of the following S/4 HANA modules: SD, MM, PP, EWM, and APO.
Experience in CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) & RAP (RESTful ABAP Application Programming model)
Hands on experience of tools like Business Application Studio, SAP HANA Studio/Eclipse & GIT
Minimum 7+ years of CORE ABAP Experience with 5 years working in S/4HANA environments in medium to large scale.
Lead the team of BTP developers & help them in technology adoption.
Good communication skills.
