Appian Developer / Lead.

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.  
 

Appian Developer

Exp : 7 to 15 Yrs

Min 4+ Yrs exp in Appian

L2 Appian certified required

  • Role and Responsibilities:
    The Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Appian Developer include:
    ● Build and design, development, and implementation of project
    ● Participate in requirement planning and review calls.
    ● Hands-on on Appian key capabilities like process modelling, user interface, expressions, sites, records, Integration and WebAPI.
    ● Proficient on database concepts like stored procedures, views, materialized views,triggers, explain statement etc.
    ● Build applications with performance optimization guidelines, especially for high volume / usage applications.
    ● Ability to perform Application deployments
    ● Able to work on the task independently
    ● Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
    ● Participating in all major sprint ceremonies.

  • Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries

  • Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
