Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to build and lead workforce transformation roadmap to facilitate multi-skilling competency development across the identified accounts in a BU to fulfill current and future customer demands
Principal Responsiblities
- Work in high impact COO organisation cutting across all channels, functions and units
- Closely work with the unit COOs and enable them to achieve their budgetted plans around fulfillment
- Program Manage the integrated talent demand fulfillment with a focus on internal channels within Wipro
- Responsible to drive mobility of internal talent across units and functions
- Frame and improvise policies and processes around work force management
- Conduct strategic analysis of forecasted demand and supply and share the same with senior leadership and unit leaders
- Participate in strategic discussions and influence diverse stakeholders to garner support for the organizational charter
- Initiate transformational projects around talent utilization and planning
- Generate useful insights for leadership to devise strategic plans around workforce efficiency and excellence
Critical Skills Required
- Project Management or Program Management Experience
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (Both spoken& written)
- Good people management skills to be able to manage the trainees and internal customers - Operations
- Prior Experience in Work Force Management would be preferred
- Creative problem solving skills
- Some experience of process excellence and transformation would be an added advantage
Candidate Specifications
- Preference could be given to a post graduate or MBA from a good institute
- Excellent communication ability and people management skills
- Candidate must have a flair for Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving proven through past track record
- Minimum 15 years of work experience would be required for this role\
