Job Description

SAP SD PM with Data Migration

Location- Clark, NJ ( Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced O2C DTM Tribe Lead SAP S4 HANA project implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP implementation projects and specifically on data migration planning, data management principals, strong project management competencies (management and execution) and are crucial to the success of this role. The ability to influence without authorities as this role is a highly collaborative engaging role with all levels both locally and globally.

This role will be responsible for driving the methodology for data migration execution for the P2P and R2R workstreams.  The consultant will coordinate with data migration object owner(s) and IT expert(s) the organization of data migration activities (data profiling, mapping and validation…) and necessary deliverables, supporting on defects analysis and on time closure, provide visibility on planning, anticipate and report any risk related data migration/propagation to DTM lead and project stakeholders.

This is a full-time role located on site in Clark, NJ; preferred East Coast homebase.  Travel will be required for specific phases of the project, including travel internationally, work visa and passport will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and follow up on the data migration methodology, the current Data Migration Global playbook, overall knowledge and experience of data migration strategy and sequence as well as data migration tools (ETL).

 

  1. Collaborate with the Data Migration lead:
    1. Learn and understand the data methodology and the official Global Data playbook, understand all deliverables and build/maintain a work plan to support the activities and timeline to build to the key milestones.

 

    1. Use the Tracking and reporting data migration/propagation execution progress reports to monitor your area of responsibilities, communicate roadblocks quickly and document mitigation plan to core and local team.

 

    1. Anticipating and providing visibility on planning, milestones and issues/risks related to data migration/propagation execution.

Mandatory Skills: SAP SD - Sales and Distribution .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
