End User Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and solving complex technical issues? Wipro is looking for a dynamic and experienced End User Support Specialist to join our team!

📍 Location: Brisbane, Queensland
🕒 Experience: 5–6 years in IT Infrastructure Field Support

͏🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Provide L2-level support for hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows/Mac/Linux)
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and A/V equipment
  • Support enterprise LAN/WAN, VOIP, and smart hands networking tasks
  • Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices and MDM tools (Airwatch, XenMobile, etc.)
  • Assist with VDI, SCCM, and Apple device support

🧠 What You Bring:͏

  • Strong customer management and communication skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
  • Experience with O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow/Remedy and ITIL processes
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:͏

  • Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Experience mentoring L1 resources and contributing to service improvements
