The job is available in a full remote model, allowing you to work anywhere from Romania.

Candidate’ profile:

  • 3-4 years working experience in a similar role with considerable exposure to news and editorial workstreams
  • Advanced level of English and German
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
  • High attention to details and follow through
  • An effective team player who can also work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with client's processes and policies, content labelling
  • Ensuring policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
  • Liaising with client's internal teams to ensure user and brand safety.
