Our team's purpose is to deliver contract administrator activities in a business-to-business context for a multinational technology company founded in US, California known for its hardware (computers, printers, and servers), software, and IT services for businesses and individuals.

If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have good working skills in operating with Microsoft Excel, and can manage multiple sets of data and track them accurately, this is your chance to join our team of talented individuals.

Job Description

Here’s what you’ll do as a Contract administrator:

  • Invoice release from SAP according to the customer and country deadlines
  • System updates in internal tools or customer tools
  • Create invoice reports which sustain the invoice release
  • Work in different share points and internal tools
  • Manages disputed invoices until they are resolved
  • Daily reporting of the invoice status in shared excel
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor the backlog of orders and requests to prevent escalations.
  • Use the escalation matrix effectively to resolve issues
  • Help achieve process parameters and business fundamentals like KPIs and inventory accuracy
  • Participate in daily team meetings to provide status on the accounts from your portfolio
  • Join in governance calls with internal teams in order to provide feedback on the invoices and additional reports if requested.

  • Intermediate or proficient level in operating Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet management
