Job Description
Role Purpose
The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ETRM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Facilitate Scrum/SAFe Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Monitor project progress and performance, creating burn-down charts and tracking team velocity.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and trading, to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and expectations.
Proven experience in ETRM project management, with a focus on Market Risk.
Previous experience working with companies like Shell or BP is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Scrum/SAFe Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and interpret burn-down charts and project team velocity metrics.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
