Role Definition
The role of a trainer is to develop a competency, and skill sets in an individual to perform his/her effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the trainees about what is expected out of training in a simple and professional way.

Responsibilities:
• Shadow training batches with aligned trainers, attend Certification & Facilitation workshops; deliver short sessions as part of their overall grooming as guided.
• Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines.
• Clear Wipro ACE Certification & Facilitation Workshops before handling a batch.
• Identify strengths and training needs of the trainees and provide feedback as deemed necessary as guided.
• Motivating team through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms
• Perform Training Needs Analysis to support operations on their AOIs.
• Manage Training and Quality for assigned batch.
• Complete training-related reports/trackers. Analysis of reports including dashboards and initiating appropriate actions plans & initiate trainings
• Responsible for sharing all reports with the stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
• Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Operating Systems, internet services & Online tools
• Should clear Wipro ACE Certification and Facilitation Skills Training.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
• Flexible and with high level of alertness
• Situational Leadership Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach.
• Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor.
