Job Description

Team Management:
- Allocate work efficiently and track MIS team performance.
- Oversee attendance, manage attrition, and handle administrative responsibilities.

Operational Support:
- Provide daily support to leadership and clients, ensuring KPI and metric reporting.
- Create and maintain real-time tools like WFM (Workforce Management) or RTA (Real-Time Adherence).
- Support internal and client audits/inspections as required

Client and Process Interaction:
- Engage with clients as required.
- Manage process change control, development, and adhoc requests.

Reporting and Deliverables:
- Ensure availability of real-time and historical data reports for operations.
- Meet MIS SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.

Additional Duties:
- Assist operations with ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Manage MIS SLAs and deliverables and ensure MIS team members are able to deliver timely and accurately.
- Ensure timely closure of billing input data to BFM
- This role demands strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction

 

Skills Required:

  • Communication and Leadership:
    - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    - Efficiently collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders
    - Ability to lead by example and manage stressful situations effectivel
  • Technical Proficiency:
    - Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
    - Knowledge in VB/VBA, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automation.
    - Scripting and database knowledge as an advantage.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills:
    - Strong statistical and analytical capabilities.
    - Proficient in creating and interpreting reports.
  • Operational Coordination:
     - Collaborates with Operations Managers for staffing, seating, and resource planning.
    - This role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical insight, and the ability to handle dynamic, high-pressure environments effectively.

Qualifications:

•    College Graduate

•    Power BI, Power App, Excel proficiency writing Macros

•    4-8 years relevant experience preferred

•    Excellent communication (both written and spoken)

•    Good Powerpoint Presentation and Power BI knowledge

•    Good Power apps and Power Automation knowledge

•    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS office application

•    Leading by example and ability to handle stressful situation

•    Problem solving skills

•    Tech-savvy

Mandatory Skills: MIS (Ops) .
