Role- SAP PI/PO Integration Migration Consultant

Location- Charlotte, NC USA (Onsite)

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PI/PO Consultant to join our team and support integration between SAP ECC and external/internal systems using EDI, ABAP Proxies, FTP/SFTP, and other communication protocols. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO), with deep understanding of middleware and integration frameworks.

Responsibilities:

•              Design, develop, and support interfaces between SAP ECC and external systems using SAP PI/PO.

•              Implement and support EDI-based integrations for partners/vendors.

•              Work with ABAP proxies, IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, and FTP/SFTP to facilitate seamless data exchange.

•              Monitor and troubleshoot PI/PO messages, errors, and queues.

•              Configure communication channels, integration directories, and enterprise service repositories.

•              Collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

•              Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

•              Support upgrades, migrations, and patching related to SAP PI/PO systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

•              5+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO development and support.

•              Strong expertise in integration with SAP ECC using IDOCs, ABAP proxies, and RFCs.

•              Hands-on experience with EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and mapping.

•              Proficient in using FTP/SFTP and other protocols for data transmission.

•              Experience with message monitoring, alert configuration, and performance tuning.

•              Good knowledge of Java and XSLT mappings within SAP PI/PO.

•              Understanding of business processes involving supply chain, finance, logistics & MES.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
