 • Person who is having 5-8 year’s experience in APIGEE.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with API design patterns and RESTful principles
• Mature API capabilities that will include security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, request, and response modifications etc. using the API management platform.
• Hands-on experience in stateless distributed architectures and designing for scalability and performance.
• Knowledge about API design standards, patterns, and best-practices especially Swagger and Open API 3.0, REST, SOAP, MQ, JSON, Microservices etc.
• Proven ability to create visual diagrams using Visio or other tools to communicate integration architectures and solutions.

  • Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
    • Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements 
    • If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
    • Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
    • Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
    • Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
    • Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
    • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
