Job Description

The Associate analyst is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis

•             Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA.

•             This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming (logical reasoning, analytical skills), systems configuration and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.

Qualification - B.E / B. Tech (CSE, IT, ECE/EEE/Mech) / MCA (2024/2023 Passed out) - 60% in current degree, No Current Backlogs till 8 Sem & no results awaiting candidates can be considered

Shift Timings- 11.30 AM to 9.00 PM or 05.30 PM to 03.00 AM IST

Mode Of Technical Interview: Walk-in

Transport: Pick Up & Drop

Interview & Work Location: Chennai

Must Have – Analytical & Logical thinking, good communication & Programming skills.

  • Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to testing and its execution

    • Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
    • On time deliveries - WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository
    • Updates of accurate efforts in eCube, TMS and other project related trackers
    • Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally

No Performance Parameter Measure
1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros
2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score

Technical Skills:

· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS & Mainframes principles/concepts.

· Knowledge in Simple & Complex SQL Queries, Good programming skills & Logical thinking.

· Writes intermediate SQL queries

· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),SAS, Mainframe principles/concepts.

· Principles of automation testing and some exposure might be desirable

· Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

· Ability to break down a complex problem into smaller, more manageable pieces and able to understand and describe the relationships between those pieces (i.e. good analytical skills)
