Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to work in a Workforce Relations (WFR). The WFR role involves managing and enhancing workplace relationships, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires effective communication, conflict resolution skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. The individual should be agile, result oriented in employee relations and passionate about making business impact.
