ROLE: Network Infrastructure specialist

Loacation - Chennai/ Bangalor
Rates including mark up - 115K/M - 115K/
Mandatory skills - Routing and Switching SDWAN, Cisco Viptela
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
A dynamic individual is required to join the Network Delivery team under Technology services to enhance our Infrastructure development and change the bank capability within our bank’s business. The key challenge will be to deliver the requirements below in an environment with a high rate of growth:
• Responsible for end to end quality delivery of assigned network project ensuring adherence to Network engineering standard and the subsequent handover to Operation team
• Responsible to ensure projects solution are in line with approved standard and meets the required outcome from stakeholder
• Ensures assigned network project tasks are delivered on time, on budget against agreed scope
• Provide consultancy and advisory services to business, system developer and technology stakeholders for any matter related to assigned project working together with engineering team and project lead
• Delivers high quality solutions for the bank on both internal & external connectivity requirements

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor Engineering Degree
- Preferably possess a valid Cisco Certified CCNP certifications
- Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching,
- Strong Knowledge and experience in Cisco products (Nexus, Catalyst, Routers)
- Strong Knowledge and experience in Wireless (Cisco and Aruba)
- Minimum of 6 to 8years practical experience in infrastructure development life-cycles, testing, implementation, systems administration and support.
- Troubleshoot performance issues on Routing and Switching

- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
