Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage end to end business requirement of talent, right from understanding the requirement, sourcing it, and managing the recruitment process right up to compensation and offer discussion.

1. Understand business requirements
a. Understand the requirement of the business
b. Obtain a detailed input with roles, KPIs and KRAs defined
c. Understand the structure of the role and all the parameters related to the profile
d. Manage the business requirements end to end
2. Talent mapping
a. Identify where to get the resource from
b. Map talent proactively even before a requirement is raised
c. Consider the talent in the market and internally
d. Understand the business well
e. Have a talent pool ready to suggest replacements when the requirement comes up
f. Share the profile with the business leader
3. Sourcing
a. Post the job requirements on job portals
b. Source talent through LinkedIn, Monster.com and Naukri.com
c. Send Talent Marketplace mailers internally to the respective band

4. Interviews
a. Decide how many rounds of interviews to conduct based on the role
b. Get the panel together and coordinate the interviews
c. Manage the interview process and make sure everything is in place
d. Interact with business leaders
e. Get feedback from the panel and forward to leaders for the next round
f. Work with the scheduler for planning the interviews and related processes
5. Selection
a. Manage the selection process
b. Make sure the documentation is in place
c. Give application forms to the candidates who have cleared the interviews
d. Initiate the offer discussion
e. Manage the compensation discussion
