Summary:
The candidate will provide support for the overall coordination of the eSourcing program within the GP Stakes Portfolio in conjunction with support from the Client Sourcing Center. The opportunity is to drive a formal eSourcing program across the portfolio with substantial adoption and impact year over year. The focus will be to drive eSourcing capability, and deeper penetration across existing portfolio companies, and establishing as a standard best practice with new GP Stakes portfolio company investments. The position will require relationship building, management skills, and heavy change and program management talents. The candidate will be responsible (in tandem with the Spend Management team) for helping portfolio company stakeholders build custom eSourcing projects, reporting to the VP of eSourcing, GP Stakes.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of procurement experience with heavy Ariba eSourcing platform experience or in similar ERP (Coupa, Oracle, SAP, Jaggaer etc) experience and high proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Helping portfolio company stakeholders in developing customised eSourcing projects in spend categories like but not limited to Direct Materials and indirect categories like MRO, Facility, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Logistics, Professional Services etc.
- Focus to drive eSourcing capability, and deeper penetration across existing portfolio companies, and establishing as a standard best practice with new portfolio companies that are part of the GP Stakes Portfolio.
- Leading strategic sourcing projects experience among many of above listed categories is must.
- Must have the ability to manage high traffic eSourcing pipeline.
- Support portfolio companies in a hands-on approach to building custom sourcing projects. This position requires strong procurement/eSourcing knowledge and robust analytical skills, in both Direct and Indirect categories.
- Strong communication skills with key stakeholders as needed
- Liaison between the Client Sourcing Center (Singapore) and portfolio companies during live project activity.
