Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• Recent experience in Agile Scrum, with at least 1 year of experience as a TechLead.
• Over 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE-based development and related frameworks, as well as hardcore programming.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java 8.11 and JDK 1.8.
• Solid hands-on experience in Front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React/Rest API) and Back-end (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices), i.e. Full Stack development.
• Good knowledge of DB concepts such as Oracle/MYSQL/DB2/Mongo DB.
• Ability to lead teams of 8 to 10 people. Assists in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and client management skills. Supports the scrum master in agile teams
• Mastery of the latest version of Spring how to implement core business logic – experience with Spring Boot
• Develop an analytical and algorithmic approach to handle complex implementations
• Hands-on experience in developing microservices (REST) using Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate/Spring Data is a must
• Experience with GIT, Bitbucket and integration tools like Jenkins and Chef
• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms, especially PCF/Azure/AWS
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and other deployment tools
• Experience in managing customer communication within the team
• Knowledge of the SAFe4 framework
