This job drives best-in-class analytics across our enterprise client's website, mobile app, and airport technologies. Works with different digital products and teams to understand business needs and provide data-backed insights into customer behavior to improve experience on our digital and airport technology assets. Collaborates with Product Management, Data Engineering, Customer Insights, User Experience and other external stakeholders evangelizing databased decision making, supporting site enhancements, monitoring the website app, and airport technologies for potential issues and analyzing visitor behavior supporting our OKRs. Job will mix short term ad hoc stakeholder requests with long term projects and support. Opportunities to share work with leadership and peers and strong team mentality working with other.

Would you like to...

  • Works with different customer technology teams to create health monitoring dashboards and alerts for all products using tools like Adobe Analytics, Azure Databricks, Teradata, Qualtrics, Celebrus and Quantum Metrics
  • Utilizes data to break down issues and identify root causes impacting system health
  • Builds dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and deep dives measuring OKRs
  • Partners with different product teams on identifying and tracking relevant OKRs
  • Helps connect the dots between digital data and data from other sources to drive deeper insights and analysis on customer behavior
  • Works with stakeholders within digital and outside to efficiently track and monitor digital voice of the customer, drive insights and identify areas of opportunity
  • Prepares updates for leadership team and stakeholder teams
  • Evangelizes, leads and drives greater adoption of digital analytical tools within digital and outside through training sessions and office hours
  • Shares best practices and develop systems knowledge to deliver new reports and enhance existing reports to meet business needs

We would like you to have...

  • 2-4+ years of experience and skills with
    • PowerBI/Tableau
    • SQL
    • Python

  • Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics, Quantum Metric

  • Driven and self-motivated. Does not shy away from hard problems. Passionate about data. Good communicator at all levels.

  • This is a contract, hybrid position located in Dallas, TX (onsite 3 days per week).

Compensation: Starting at $40/HR

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
