Sr Project Manager

- Develop and maintain project plans including charter, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, and risk assessment, management and mitigation plans across multiple work streams for medium to large projects.

Coordinate resource managers, technical staff and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project delivery to ensure projects are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall project plan, driving customer outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Communicate with end customers and Broadcom Partners, Broadcom Account Directors daily and or weekly as required.

Work with assigned Program Managers and Delivery Managers and other relevant stakeholders who may provide oversite of the function or end customer.

Define and manage overall project risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate risks and prevent issues.

Provide clear and timely communication regarding the status of the project – schedule, budget, progress to date, risks etc. - to relevant stakeholders.

B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or demonstrated equivalent experience (5 years min). PMP or PRINCE2 certified or equivalent certification/experience required.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $1,25,000 to $1,50,000.
