The Salesforce Sales Practitioner position at Wipro Technologies-USA is a pivotal role for an innovative and results-driven leader. As the Sales Practice Sales leader, you will be tasked with defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for the Salesforce practice across various industries in the United States. Specifically focusing on Finance, Capital Markets, Insurance, Manufacturing, Energy, and Automotive sectors, you will lead a collaborative and cross-functional team, establish strong customer relationships, oversee pre-sales and sales teams, and develop strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. Your role will contribute significantly to the company's growth by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce products and networks to drive success in current and future programs and contracts.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products and sales strategies, along with extensive experience in professional services delivery and P&L management. You will need to demonstrate a balance of visionary thinking and practical implementation in a matrixed environment, with a track record of leading large, high-performing teams effectively. Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive under pressure and foster collaboration at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce field teams and partner ecosystem.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce products and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track record in Salesforce professional services delivery and P&L management.
  • Ability to collaborate across global functions and industries.
  • Experience with offshore and near-shore operations.
  • Exceptional situational analysis and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a thirst for learning new concepts and technologies.
  • Capacity to lead diverse teams to consensus.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent; MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in salesforce consulting and professional services, including experience in a matrixed environment in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years of sales roles in US market, carrying $40M+ sales targets.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce delivery and and/or implementation preferred.
  • Extensive, proven, and recent experience building and leading large, high-performing teams.
  • Successful track record leading go-to-market activities and organizational change management.
  • Strong executive presence and deep industry knowledge of one or more industry sector
  • Understands cloud-based technologies; translates customer/business requirements into business solutions (and successfully positions with customers).
  • Ability to travel; up to 75%.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $125,000 to $200,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
