Job Description

Wipro is a leading Engineering Services provider globally. Wipro is looking for a dynamic business leader with experience in direct sales of Engineering services to its North America business focusing on Telecom Industry. Prior experience in Telecom is required.

Role/Experience

•    15+ years’ experience in interfacing with customers to drive solution sales and revenue streams in Tier 1 CSPs esp. AT&T. Carried and achieved yearly book quota of $ 25M-50M in engineering services for last 5 years
•    Understands Telco ecosystem and AT&T organization functionally. While 1-1 exec connects will help ramp but not necessary. 
•    Able to understand customer IP/product portfolio proactively and craft value proposition based on Wipro Engineering offerings. Framing large deals based on unique technology design mindset.
•    Working experience with Network Equipment Providers like Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, Dell Networking, Palo Alto, ADTRAN, Ciena, F5 will be preferred. Either selling / building solutions for these as customers or be part of these organizations
•    Build conceptual architecture and develop solution options that match clients’ requirements. Ability to shape solutions, undertake workshops for up to level 3 and able to explain it to SMEs who will devise solutions
•    Ability to create, shape and win opportunities, holding the end-to-end solution and selling value – Revenue increase is their objectives.

Qualification & Experience:
•    Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science Engineering. MBA from reputed institute is an added advantage.
•    12-15 years of Industry experience with at least 5 years in sales / account management role selling engineering solutions like network engineering, AI led design, fiber engg.
•    Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technology areas like software, Cloud engineering, Data engineering, AI/ML etc.
•    Should have prior experience of selling software engineering services and delivering to quota. Help support in eventual delivery to manage all stakeholders inside Wipro and with customer to make sure the solution is being delivered.
•    Should be proficient in written and verbal communication. Should be capable of presenting proposals, offerings, solutions to customer.
•    Should have good problem-solving skills and should be an excellent team player.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $200,000.00  to $280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
