Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred), or equivalent certifications.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
• Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.\

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $130,000 to $1,80,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
