About the Role:
As a Desktop Administrator,you will be a key player in delivering exceptional desktop support to users within the Digital Workplace sector. You will leverage your technical expertise to maintain and enhance our IT environment, ensuring seamless functionality and an excellent user experience. Your role will be integral to our operations, requiring a blend of technical acumen and effective communication.
As a Desktop Administrator, you will have the unique opportunity to work on diverse technologies and contribute to problem-solving initiatives
Responsibilities:
• Intermediate level of technical expertise.
• Good all-round experience of Standard technology and basic understanding of Trade Floor technology.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Technical knowledge of PC's and desktop hardware, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, MAC devices, tablets.
• Experience of software support including 0365, Zoom, Teams.
• Problem-Solving and troubleshooting using Microsoft toolsets.
• Ability to build desktops/laptops.
• Assist in the creation of user guides or FAQ.
• Attend daily huddle with the Team Leader detailing work for the day.
• Any other reasonable task.
