Job Description

Overview:
As Wipro shifts to a consulting-led model, operational clarity, culture alignment, and executional excellence become critical to its success. This role acts as the operational heartbeat of the transformation—supporting the VP Strategy & Transformation in driving strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, aligning communications, and enabling cross-functional collaboration and market innovation at scale. With a startup mindset inside a global enterprise, the role balances big-picture strategy with proactive hands-on execution.

Mission:
To operationalize the consulting-led transformation by acting as a connective force across teams, driving alignment, communication, execution, and cultural change. To drive innovation and new ways of working, internally and in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
●    Office of the Head of Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner—managing priorities, aligning workstreams, and coordinating leadership-level initiatives.
●    Transformation Enablement: Build internal infrastructure for driving consulting-led behaviors, capabilities, and ways of working.
●    Operational Excellence: Design systems, rituals, and feedback loops that create clarity, accountability, and agility.
●    Internal Communications & Engagement: Shape narratives, facilitate transparent updates, and ensure two-way communication across consulting teams.
●    Culture & Change Leadership: Lead initiatives that embed inclusive, adaptive, and product-oriented mindsets across transformation efforts.
●    Strategic projects: Leading and supporting across a portfolio of strategic initiatives for the Global Consulting ExCo

Profile Fit:
●    10+ years of experience in product, strategy, and cross-functional leadership.
●    Proven operator and trusted partner to executive leadership.
●    Track record of building programs and scaling operations in complex organizations.
●    Expertise in culture, innovation enablement, DEI, and organizational transformation.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00  to $230,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
