Requirements

  • Deep understanding and working experience with Salesforce field teams and their partner ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding and working experience in salesforce products and go to market strategies.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce professional services delivery and P&L management
  • Both visionary and pragmatic and be able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Extensive experience with off-shore and near-shore operations.
  • Team player able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization - including executive leadership - with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
  • Strong situational analysis, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent; MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in salesforce consulting and professional services, including experience in a matrixed environment in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years of sales roles in US market, carrying $40M+ sales targets.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce delivery and and/or implementation preferred.
  • Extensive, proven, and recent experience building and leading large, high-performing teams.
  • Successful track record leading go-to-market activities and organizational change management.
  • Strong executive presence and deep industry knowledge of one or more industry sector
  • Understands cloud-based technologies; translates customer/business requirements into business solutions (and successfully positions with customers).
  • Ability to travel; up to 75%.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $125,000 to $200,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
