Drone Operations Lead

Job Description:
· Identify and ensure resourcing provided at the sector and nest level to ensure Services are not impacted.
· Provide capacity and availability information at the Location and sector level to Wing on a weekly basis or upon request.
· Schedule Tier 1 FlightOps team and related Tier 2 Personnel (“FlightOps Personnel”) to perform required functions to meet Wing operating requirements.
· Ensure daily availability of FlightOps Personnel to meet Wing operating requirements.
· Manage performance of Own Contractor FlightOps Personnel and activities at Wing facilities within a geographically defined area.
· Conduct instruction outlined in the training manual and facilitate learning for FlightOps Personnel through the learning management system (eLearning courses).
· Schedule training events and coordinate supporting events.
· Support the maintenance of evaluation and training records.
· Provide subject matter expertise, create content and participate in the review of current and new training programs.
· Provide classroom and/or group training for up to 5 Tier 1 FlightOps team trainees at a time regarding Wing systems and operations applicable.
· Plan and prepare practical lessons (simulated and hands on) and guided discussions.
· Provide practical field training to Tier 1 FlightOps team to perform nest equipment inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections).
· Support and provide feedback to Wing’s flight operations evaluation coordinators regarding operational evaluation and validation testing.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$50,000] to [$60,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
