Job Description

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to drive and improve  delivery for mega-gamma/ key growth accounts by providing innovative solutions through automation and next generation technologies, ensuring right talent supply chain to enhance customer satisfaction and lead organic growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Good Communication Skill with vast experience in managing direct stakeholders (customer and internal)
  • Good understanding and experience in ITIL Service Operations
  • Infrastructure management experience on the infra towers(Service Desk, Network, IDAM, Deskside services)
  • Good working experience in infrastructure transition and BAU operations
  • Mandatory Language proficiency in Polish and English 
  • Additional Spanish, French or Dutch would be beneficial 

Mandatory skills:

  • ITILService Operations, Infrastructure Project Management(Service Desk, IDAM/UAM, Network, SAM,HAM)
  • Years of Experience: 10+ years

Desired skills: Experience in application project management
