Role : Field Support Engineer
Location: Grand Prairie, Tx
JD:
Imaging and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Pushing software in SCCM
Familiar with Microsoft Intune
Familiar with Active Directory
Assisting with a monthly inventory scanning of hardware
Working in a service now queue for daily hardware break fix tickets.
Face to face customer interaction and work at home support
Understanding of prioritization of SLAs
Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS familiarity.
Remote access tools (EMA, SCCM Remote, RDP, WebEx, MS Teams)
Strong writing skills and strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of bitlocker encryption
Team work with local and remote teams
Technical skills – Basic understanding of ServiceNow tool, incident management
Time management – Tech needs excellent time management skills and should be able to set priorities when handling multiple cases
Team collaboration – Should have collaborating skills, should be good team members help self team and other team members when need arise.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$45,000 to $55,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
