we are looking 5+ years of Automation Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex web applications developed in React. You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and C#, and work closely with our development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of performance, quality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Test Automation: Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver and C#.

· Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand projects functional and non-functional requirements, create detailed test plans, and develop effective testing strategies.

· Test Execution: Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with proper documentation using work tracking tools.

· Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools to ensure smooth and continuous delivery of high-quality releases.

· Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners and DevOps engineers to identify test scenarios, address issues and ensure alignment with project goals.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results and defect reports. Provide detailed Root Causal Analysis reports on bugs leaked to Production.

· Performance Tuning: Optimize test scripts and test frameworks for efficiency and reliability.

· Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing and contribute to improving testing processes.

 

 

· Technical Skill:

o Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing

o Strong proficiency in C# programming

o Hands on experience with testing web applications (developed with JS frameworks like React, Angular etc.)

o Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools

o Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)

· Experience:

o Minimum 9+years of experience in automation testing with a focus on Selenium and C#

o Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.

o Experience in integrating automation test scripts with CI/CD pipelines.

· Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

· Skills and Attributes:

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Strong communication and collaboration abilities

o Detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team as well.

· Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience with Java Script Unit testing tools/frameworks (Jasmine, Karma)

o Experience with Performance testing frameworks (JMeter)

o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
