Job Description
Do
- Define, develop and implement the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and framework
- Define, establish and monitor the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) policy and framework for hiring of laterals upto D1 level, and contract hiring for Wipro.
- Develop systems and processes to obtain relevant and credible market intelligence as input to TA strategy
- Interact with key stakeholders and review and finalize the annual Global TA strategy aligned with the organization strategy.
- Develop, review and finalize operational plans looking at TA channel mix, partners and campuses to hire from.
- Develop associate policies to support Global TA activities such as referral programs etc.
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness through tool deployment and process improvement.
- Develop and advise management on the TA strategy for a new geography or client and support the leadership in showcasing the TA capability to the client, as required.
- Lead, manage and oversee the Global TA operations
- Define and review dashboards and MIS for TA operations to monitor efficiency.
- Define and cascade goals for the team on the quarter-on-quarter recruitment numbers, campus plan, cost of hiring, cycle time for recruitment and other SLAs.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure 100%Â compliance of established processes and achievement of defined recruitment targets
- Drive corporate level initiatives aligned with organizational objectives such as diversity on gender, localization etc.
- Review and monitor pre-hiring candidate engagement activities to ensure healthy joining ratio
- Review and monitor, along with HRSS head, on the Background Verification (BGV) process and documentation for new hires (fresher and lateral)
- Interact with key internal stakeholders to share market intelligence, conduct quarterly reviews of requirements and open positions, talent availability etc.
- Manage escalations and develop alternate plans to drive closure of open positions
- Develop and maintain external linkages within industry, industry forums, partners to obtain market intelligence and best practicesÂ
- Lead and manage TA initiatives/ activities to enhance Wipro’s Employer branding
- Candidate Management
- Monitor policies, processes and trainings for superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to strive for top mindshare as an employer
- Manage and review the Social Media platforms to enhance Wipro’s branding and reach to potential hires
- Conduct social media campaigns on sites like LinkedIn etc.
- Monitor and manage Wipro content on Glassdoor and other blog sites
