Job Description
Talent Acquisition is a process of finding, attracting, hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. A Management Information System (MIS) executive in talent acquisition plays a crucial role in utilizing data to streamline and optimize the recruitment process. They are responsible for managing databases, generating reports, and providing insights to aid decision-making. An MIS executive contribute to enhancing efficiency by leveraging technology and analytics in talent acquisition strategies.
Role Details:
• Interact and work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to understand business information needs.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience on advanced excel with large data sets.
• Ensuring all reports and dashboards are prepared as per requirements and desired frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
• Ensure Regular review with the team for 100% accuracy before populating any customized dashboard or generating any customized report.
• Report, Dashboard and ppt preparation
• Analyzing Vendor/ Recruiter Performance reports
• Experience in Dashboard Preparation
• Good Communication
• Good with MS Office – Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power point presentation must
Shift Time : 12 pm to 9.30 pm
