DESIGNATION    Sr. Analyst    QUALIFICATION    Bachelor/Master or equivalent
JOB LOCATION    Delhi/NCR    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED    4-6 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our real estate business. The candidate should have a strong background in transfer pricing and/or accounting, audit and/or financial reporting, and European tax-related documentations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Transfer Pricing
•    Preparation of Master files as per OECD Guidelines
•    Assist Customer TP team to collect financial data for preparation of local TP standalone reports
•    Review of Local Transfer Pricing reports for European Jurisdictions as per OECD Guidelines, which includes understanding the intercompany transactions, business overview, Industry analysis, FAR analysis and Economic analysis
•    Preparation of credit rating assessments of Real Estate Properties by data gathering, understanding the intercompany transactions, loans and interest payments, analysis of cash flow forecasts and compute the credit rating based on Moody’s 9 factors methodologies
•    Creating and keeping trackers of financial data and reporting to Customer Europe
•    Review and verification of financial figures in TP deliverables against financial data provided to advisors
•    Review of Benchmarking analysis performed for loan and intercompany transactions 

International Tax Compliance
•    Assist International Tax team with WHT tax position analysis
•    Collaborate with team members responsible for obtaining tax residency certificates
•    Collect data on tax residency of various lenders/borrowers, apply relevant qualification on interest and dividend payments based on double tax treaties or European legislation. 
•    Consolidate the Tax Audit tracker on quarterly basis by understanding the tax related issues for various jurisdictions
•    Working on different adhoc trackers mainly related to the compilation of loan data, interest data and other inter-company transactions

Other Responsibilities
•    Tax documents saving
•    Keeping trackers on the status of the documents
•    Handling incoming and outgoing mail for Tax Audit tracker/ Tax Residency certificates
•    Weekly catchup with Customer tax team and Internal team for the status update of ongoing workstreams
•    Handling general administrative tasks

Education and Experience:
•    4-6 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing/International Tax and/or accounting/audit/financial reporting
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Proven ability to perform under pressure and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements
•    Ability to summarize issues, develop recommendations and make decisions
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks
•    Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
•    Ability to be proactive and take initiative
•    Team player - energetic and enthusiastic
•    Knowledge of OECD Guidelines is must
•    Knowledge of Moody’s methodologies and/or financial data modelling is a plus
•    Fluency in English (verbally and written) is a compulsory requirement
•    Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent
