Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR and administrative roles. Do you have an affinity for people processes and services?

You can expect a multitude of HR and administrative tasks ranging from providing consultations based on our HR processes to project-based work.

Roles and responsibilities

              •             Act as a direct HR point of contact for employees queries related various HR processes and issues, with a solution oriented and customer focused approach

              •             Support the employee life-cycle; on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, transfers, etc. and work closely with payroll

              •             Advise employees on German-specific labor laws; terminations, sick leave, health insurance queries, maternity leave, parental leave, work accidents, etc.

              •             Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner e.g. health insurances, pension providers

              •             Maintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS (Workday) and case management tool

              •             Prepare and issue various employment documentation and verification letters

              •             Other HR job tasks as well as project work, as required

              •             Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

              •             Working accurately and carefully to ensure that all HR processes are handled correctly

Please do not worry, you are not required to already be an expert in all the mentioned tasks. However, you should be willing and excited to learn.

Your profile

              •             A Bachelor's/Master’s degree

              •             At least 1 year of operative HR experience (HR Operations, HR Process Management, Employee or Customer-service, On-boarding and Off-boarding)

              •             Knowledge of German labor law and experience in HR management are desirable

              •             Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and German, with emphasis on tact and diplomacy

              •             Confidential handling of personal data comes natural to you 

              •             Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude

              •             Exceptional problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail

              •             Proficiency using G-Suite and MS Office 365 is a benefit
