Job Description

Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced ETRM Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Energy Trading and Risk Management. Experience working with companies like Shell or BP is highly preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

ETRM product custom development experience.

React and JavaScript

Proficiency in React and JavaScript is fundamental. This includes understanding React's component-based architecture, state management, hooks, and the latest features of JavaScript (ES6 and beyond).

Microservices Architecture

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, including designing, developing, and deploying microservices. This involves understanding containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Expertise in Redis for in-memory data storage and caching. This includes setting up Redis clusters, managing data persistence, and optimizing performance.

Data Modelling

Skills in data modelling, including designing and implementing database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases. This involves understanding normalization, indexing, and query optimization.

Experience in UX design principles and best practices. This includes creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research, and implementing responsive design.

API Design and Integration

Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL is essential for enabling communication between the front-end and back-end.

DevOps and CI/CD

Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), is valuable for automating and streamlining the development process.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is important for deploying and managing web applications in a scalable and reliable manner.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
