Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

Application Packaging

 

•            Responsible for application packaging, testing and deployment of packages for Windows end user devices

•            Create application package following customer standards

•            Release the application package to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) of the functionality of the application package

•            Validate technical requirement document from the requester.

•            Creating package deployment schedules

•            Package the application as per technical document received

•            Ensure each is packaged in accordance with, and meets GT application package standards and policies

•            Perform UAT with the requester

•            Monitoring deployment target status
