Role:
The following describes the nature of the role: - It is a global position and engagements span across US, Europe and Asia. Will involve interface with diverse culture and senior levels in the customer organizations. - Positions reports to COO of Infrastructure Services who is responsible for Global Delivery and Operations. - Continuously engage and nurture relationships with senior levels in alliances organization and bring to bear their offerings in solutions. - Tool selections and deployments for Business Service Management (BSM) is also part of this role. This charter will include productivity and automation initiatives. - Key Result Areas are Cost, Quality, Schedule management of several concurrently running programs, Customer Satisfaction, Tools Road map charting and its realization, team building and employee development.

Experience:
The preferred skills and experience required for this role: - Ability to lead a large number of concurrently running System Integrations (SI) program from both program management and solutions perspective. - 20+ year minimum experience, ability to lead strong technical leaders and guide 2000+ member SI team. - Tech savvy and ability to guide the team when faced with solution and technical issues. - Able to program manage SI programs and deal with dependencies on the customer side and 3rd party solutions. - Able to interface with senior levels in the engineering and support team of 3rd party alliances and bring to bear their expertise when faced with issues and help meet customer commits. - Candidates with BE/B.Tech and MBA from premier institutes preferred.
